Dr. Jess Reuter earned her Bachelor’s of Animal Science from Cornell University before graduating from St. George’s University in 2022. After completing a small animal rotating internship and a neurology internship, she discovered a deep passion for working with anxious or fearful dogs. She focuses on building trust by taking the time to help them—and their owners—feel calm. Dr. J also has a strong interest in physical rehabilitation, helping older dogs maintain mobility and manage pain. She creates individualized care plans by truly listening to both pets and their families.

At home, she has a German Australian Shepherd mix and previously had a tortoise named Daisy, who now lives on the East Coast. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, walking with her dog, learning to ski, and reading. Having grown up on the East Coast, she’s excited to explore the West Coast and can’t wait to meet all of the clients and their pets!
